Christopher Higgins, our lead instructor, has a unique background in real estate and property management. In addition to teaching real estate professionals in Montana, Alaska and Florida and authoring text books, e-books and audio courses, Christopher is also an internationally recognized and sought-after public speaker. He gives seminars on topics such as fair housing law, real estate investing, property management skills, marketing and advertising to housing, real estate boards and apartment associations, property management firms and investor groups around the nation, Canada, the UK and Australia. In addition, Christopher owns investment property in Montana, Missouri and Florida and has flipped and rented many properties in diverse markets. Christopher was first licensed as a real estate salesperson in Texas in 1992 and is now licensed in Montana, Alaska and Florida.

 

Christopher brings these experiences, insight and knowledge together in courses and text books to make the field of real estate come alive to his students.

Christopher earned a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas while becoming one of the youngest licensed real estate salespeople in Texas. He sold over two million in real estate his first year as a licensee while taking a full class load and running a separate business. He also holds a Masters from Tulane University in New Orleans in Business Management and Marketing. Christopher lives outside of Billings, Montana and spends his free time in Yellowstone National Park, interior Alaska and the most frigid months in warm and bustling West Palm Beach, Florida.

Jane Redding, a native Montanan who has lived in Bozeman, Billings and Kalispell, is the newest addition to the teaching faculty at Montana Real Estate Pro. She will be presenting portions of the Montana Pre-License education course as well as Montana Landlord / Tenant Law, Get Your Feet Wet and the Basics of Property Management continuing education courses throughout the year in Bozeman and Helena.

Jane sold real estate in Boise, Idaho for more than twenty years. She is a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), a CRS and a CCIM. She is a certified life and career coach and former training specialist for a nationally recognized real estate franchise. Jane attended Montana State University in Bozeman and earned a degree in political science.

 

She works with various real estate firms on training initiatives and education and also authors travel guides on horseback riding destinations. She lives outside of Belgrade with her husband of 26 years, six horses and two cats.

Julie Morgen will be presenting courses on Home Staging and Interior Design for real estate professionals in Billings, Bozeman and Missoula.

Julie is a design professional who works with clients on home decorating and space utilization. She designs home interiors utilizing fabric, color and unique woods and her relationships with many local home furnishings companies allows her to source the best for her clients.

Julie is originally from Wibaux, Montana, but now lives in Billings with her children.
