Each attendee will receive a comprehensive Montana-specific text supplement with license law and regulations, plus two practice exams and much more. Students will need to purchase Modern Real Estate Practice. Students may wish to purchase Mastering Real Estate Math and The Language of Real Estate for further explanation and study, if desired.
All students will need pencils, pens and a good calculator.
Each day will have a minimum of two 15 minute breaks plus an hour and a half lunch break. The pre-license course location in each city is a hotel close to many restaurant options, many within walking distance. The classroom will be closed during the lunch break, but students may leave materials and personal effects in the classroom. The course is offered in two schedule formats. The first is two consecutive weeks, 4 days each week from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. This format is available in Billings, Bozeman, Butte, Great Falls, Helena, Kalispell and Missoula (see calendar). The second is four consecutive weeks, Saturdays and Sundays. This course format is only available in Billings and Bozeman twice per year (see calendar). |
