Real Estate Marketing

Clint Eastwood famously said "A man's got to know his limitations" in the Dirty Harry Film.  I have been helping people buy and sell real estate for nearly 30 years and over three decades of investing myself in land and homes.  I like to think I know real estate and I try to give my clients the best exposure of their properties when I list to sell.  (See my Blog on List To Sell)  Technology has gotten to the point that 95% of buyers start their search online and good marketing includes tons of GOOD pictures and videos can certainly help.

The digital camera included in most smart phones can give an agent a great tool to take some fine pictures and a little sense of composition can be helpful.  Occasionally I'll have a listing that needs a little more attention and I do what I tell my clients to do; hire a professional!

My son, Ryan (AKA Scrapper) grew up wanting to be a photographer and today he shoots for architects and designers, primarily in Hawaii.  He is a true professional and the result speak for themselves.

So this last week I had a listing of 159 acres that needed a drone aerial view of the property.  My drone pilot was on vacation in Canada so I thought I would take a crack at it.  The results really were not what I wanted.


As you can see, it pays to get someone that knows what they are doing.  The same goes for selling real estate.  Find someone who knows what they are doing and trust that they will get the job done.
